Shipping Restrictions

At Thunder Tactical, we are committed to ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your orders. To maintain the highest level of security and in accordance with our insurance policies, we can only ship orders to the billing address provided during the checkout process. This policy is in place to protect both you, our valued customer, and Thunder Tactical against potential losses or theft during the shipping process.

Why Do We Ship to the Billing Address Only?

Security: Shipping to the billing address helps prevent unauthorized changes to your order's shipping location. This additional layer of security reduces the risk of potential fraud.
Insurance Coverage: Our shipping insurance policies require us to deliver orders to the billing address to ensure that claims for loss or theft are valid and can be processed promptly. In the event of a claim, deviations from this policy may result in a denial of coverage.

We do not ship to the following states listed below due to federal legislation, and there are additional shipping restrictions imposed by certain states and locales that prohibit certain firearm parts and/or accessories.

Hawaii

In Hawaii, the state legislature passed HB2744 HD1 SD2 and introduced HB1733, which both ban assembling a firearm without a serial number and owning or obtaining firearm parts for the purpose of assembling a firearm without a serial number. These laws effectively outlaw 80% lower receivers in the state, and as a result, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to Hawaii residents.

New Jersey

New Jersey's Attorney General has demanded that companies stop marketing and selling untraceable weapons or "ghost guns," including 80% lowers and firearm receiver blanks. Due to N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to the state of New Jersey.

New York

New York law criminalizes the possession, manufacture, sale, and transportation of assault weapons, which are defined as any semiautomatic rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has at least one of several enumerated secondary characteristics, including a pistol grip or a stock that folds, telescopes, or bears a thumbhole. New York's Attorney General has also demanded that companies stop marketing and selling 80% lowers and firearm receiver blanks to residents in New York. As a result, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to New York.

Connecticut

Connecticut recently enacted Substitute House Bill No. 7219 Public Act No. 19-6, which prohibits the sale, shipment, and ownership of un-serialized 80% lower receivers and all other firearm receiver and frame blanks in the state. Since receiver and frame blanks are not regulated by the ATF and are not engraved with unique serial numbers at the time of manufacture, thundertactical.com cannot sell 80% lowers to Connecticut residents.

Washington

Washington state prohibits the sale and shipping of undetectable and/or untraceable unfinished lower receivers under HB 1739 effective July 1, 2019. Therefore, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to the state of Washington.

Rhode Island

Rhode Island's general assembly in 2020 passed RI S2004, which includes a ban on 3D-printed firearms and 80% lower receivers of any kind. Consequently, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to Rhode Island residents.

Delaware

Delaware has restrictions on certain firearm parts and accessories, and therefore thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to residents in Delaware.

District of Columbia

The District of Columbia also has restrictions on certain firearm parts and accessories, and as a result, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to customers in the district.

Illinois

Illinois has restrictions on certain firearm parts and accessories, and therefore thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to residents in the state.

No Sales to the city of Chicago - IL

Deerfield - IL

Cook County - IL

Colorado - Denver County

Denver County, Colorado, has restrictions on certain firearm parts and accessories, and consequently, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to residents in the county.

Massachusetts

No Sales to the state of Massachusetts.

California - CA Assembly Bill 1057

California has restrictions on certain firearm parts and accessories, and CA Assembly Bill 1057 further restricts the sale of "firearm precursor parts" to anyone under 21 years of age. As a result, thundertactical.com cannot sell or ship products to customers in California.

It is important to note that local firearms laws are frequently updated, and restrictions described here may not be complete. Therefore, customers are responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with their local laws before placing an order.

Please be advised that orders placed by individuals in restricted cities and states will be canceled without exception. No exceptions will be made for any customer under any circumstances, including military, law enforcement, or any federal firearm licensee of any class, including Class 7. These restrictions are subject to state law and are non-negotiable.
