Shipping Restrictions

At Thunder Tactical, we are committed to ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your orders. To maintain the highest level of security and in accordance with our insurance policies, we can only ship orders to the billing address provided during the checkout process. This policy is in place to protect both you, our valued customer, and Thunder Tactical against potential losses or theft during the shipping process.

Why Do We Ship to the Billing Address Only?

Security: Shipping to the billing address helps prevent unauthorized changes to your order's shipping location. This additional layer of security reduces the risk of potential fraud.
Insurance Coverage: Our shipping insurance policies require us to deliver orders to the billing address to ensure that claims for loss or theft are valid and can be processed promptly. In the event of a claim, deviations from this policy may result in a denial of coverage.

Shipping Restrictions
Overview Thunder Tactical is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of firearm parts and accessories. Due to ongoing legislative changes, including restrictions on unserialized firearm receivers (commonly referred to as 80% lowers or unfinished frames/receivers) and "ghost gun" components, we enforce the following shipping policies. These restrictions primarily affect unserialized 80% lower receivers and certain related firearm parts or blanks.

This overview is provided for informational purposes only and is current as of March 2026, based on available data and prior policies. It may not capture every restriction or recent amendment. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the legality of purchasing, receiving, and possessing our products under their jurisdiction's laws before placing an order. We strongly recommend consulting local authorities, legal counsel, or relevant statutes. Orders originating from restricted areas will be canceled without exception, regardless of purchaser status (including military, law enforcement, or federal firearms licensees).
