Returns and Refunds Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days if there is a missing item in your order

Please note:

  • There will be a 10% restocking fee on items that have been delivered.
  • There will be a 4% fee on refunds where the order processing has been completed. 
  • Returns are not available on 80% lower receivers or frames that have been completed. 

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or missing item). Refunds take anywhere around 7-15 business days to complete. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive the funds in your bank account.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States (excluding New Jersey). Subject to change upon new state legislation. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Orders with USPS will be charged a flat rate based on the tier weight the items are in. The weight of any such item can be found in its description.

Shipping times are as follows, but are subject to change:

  • 5-7 business days on orders made outside of holidays.
  • 7-10 business days during Holiday seasons (Subject to change as needed).
  • Subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date with shipping times.
